A. Right of Withdrawal
Introduction:
Consumers have the right to withdraw under the following conditions, where a consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their commercial or independent professional activity.

Right of Withdrawal:
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last item. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Netero GmbH, Rodigallee 79, 22043 Hamburg, Germany, Email: support@neteroclo.com) of your decision to withdraw from the contract by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the notification of the exercise of your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of Withdrawal:
If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for the additional costs resulting from you choosing a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event within fourteen days from the day we receive the notification of your withdrawal from this contract. For this refund, we will use the same means of payment that you used in the original transaction unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in no event will you incur any fees as a result of this refund. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided evidence that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier. You must return the goods without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day you inform us of the withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired. You will bear the direct costs of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling them in a way that was not necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Exclusion or Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal:
The right of withdrawal expires prematurely in the case of contracts for the delivery of sealed goods which, for reasons of health protection or hygiene, are not suitable for return if their seal has been removed after delivery.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to consumers who, at the time of concluding the contract, are not residing in any EU member state and whose sole residence and delivery address at the time of concluding the contract are outside the European Union.

General Information:

  1. Please avoid damaging or soiling the goods. Please return the goods in the original packaging with all accessories and packaging components that were delivered with the order. If necessary, use protective outer packaging. If you no longer have the original packaging, please ensure adequate protection from transport damage with suitable packaging.
  2. Do not return the goods to us with postage due.
  3. Please note that the points mentioned in sections 1-2 above are not a prerequisite for the effective exercise of the right of withdrawal.

C. Return Conditions and Requirements

  1. The security label must still be intact and attached to the returned items.
  2. The items must not have been worn, washed, or altered in any way and must not show signs of use.
  3. The items must be returned with all original tags, hangtags, packaging, and any other accessories (dust bags, hangers, protective covers, etc.) that were delivered with the order. Shoes and other accessories must be returned in the original box, which must not be damaged or altered and must not be used as the outer package for shipping. Swimwear (bikini bottoms, swim shorts, or briefs) and intimate wear (underwear, boxers) must be tried on over underwear. Items showing signs of use or wear will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer.
  4. Returns must be sent in a sealed box from neteroclo.com. If the original box is unusable or missing, another box of the same size may be used, suitable for shipping the items. In case of defective or incorrect goods, the customer is requested to send them promptly to support@neteroclo.com. Netero GmbH reserves the right to request photographic evidence of the defective or incorrect goods before approving the return for a full refund of the shipping and import fees.
    Pickups for all approved returns with neteroclo.com's courier account numbers must originate from the same country as the original shipment. Netero GmbH reserves the right to reject returns that are not authorized and/or do not comply with the return conditions listed on the website. Unauthorized or non-compliant returns may be sent back to the delivery address specified in the original order or destroyed. If an unauthorized return is accepted, Netero GmbH will deduct an administrative or restocking fee of 10% of the purchase price.
    For all points not explicitly mentioned, the European standard for distance selling applies.

D. Return Frequency
In case of a high return rate, Netero GmbH reserves the right to deactivate the user account until the actual reason is verified. Our customer service will contact you by email to resolve the issue and restore your account.
