Please note that for all countries outside the EU, customers are responsible for all customs and tax fees.
1) Shipping Insurance
Netero's shipments are insured against theft and accidental damage at no additional cost to the customer. Once the shipment reaches its destination, the insurance coverage ends.
2) Shipment Tracking
When the order is shipped, the customer will receive an email from Netero or DHL with the tracking number and a direct link to track the status of the shipment. In case of delays in customs clearance, customers will be notified directly by the courier and/or Netero.
3) Shipment Delivery
Upon delivery of each order, customers are asked to carefully inspect the box BEFORE signing for the delivery. Netero packages are delivered in brown boxes.
If the box appears tampered with for any reason, either sign for the package with reservation or refuse to accept the package. If the box was signed by an unknown person or there is evidence of tampering with the package, immediately complain to the courier and contact Netero: support@neteroclo.com.
If there is a reception or a porter at the address, the courier is authorized to hand the package over to the staff on duty. If the package or items are damaged or an item is missing from the delivery note, the packaging must be kept for further inspection. Complaints about damage, missing goods and/or delivery to an incorrect address must be received by Netero within 10 days of the order delivery date on the transport company's website; otherwise the complaint will not be accepted.
If the package is not successfully delivered to the customer's address due to lack of cooperation from the customer (wrong phone number, wrong address, absence at the address, non-compliance with import regulations), the package may be returned to Germany at the customer's expense, including any import fees charged upon re-entry into Germany. These fees will be deducted from any refund. You can cancel your order within 14 days of receipt and return it to us undamaged.
